Dental offers advanced manufacturing and development of products with complicated geometries, surface structures and exacting hygiene requirements. As early as in 1975, Elos Medtech initiated a development project with Professor Per-Ingvar Brånemark, and began manufacturing dental products. The technology involved in manufacturing has been refined and new breakthroughs have resulted in our gradually investing in ever more advanced production equipment. We have CNC-certified machinery, several optical instruments and advanced cleanroom equipment. We manufacture instruments, abutments and fixtures with difficult geometries and that meet exacting hygiene requirements, while remaining cost-effective.

Today, we develop and manufacture primarily various types of fixtures (implants), abutments and instruments and tools for dental surgery. This also entails using measurement equipment that is adapted to all types of products in this segment. We have also mastered various kinds of surface treatments such as zirconium blasting and acid etching. Elos Medtech has been the biggest company in this market segment in recent years.

Within the Dental area, Elos Medtech is able to offer standard products such as torque wrenches, drills and other types of instruments.
